This page should help you understand what each SplameiPlay rating and tag means for each project to help you know what content you’ll find in each project and the age rating for each.
Only the ratings and tags given to projects will be displayed here. This page will be updated as more ratings and tags are given out

Age ratings
Rating: A (All)
These projects are suitable for all players with minimal or no tags
Rating: 7
Projects with this rating is suitable for ages 7 and over. They may contain cartoon violence or minor language.
Rating: 13
These projects are suitable for ages 13 and above. They may contain mild violence or mild language.
Rating: PG (Parental guidance)
These projects don’t fit our rating system or rely on user generated content so we can’t give an age rating. Because of this, parental guidance is recommended.
Rating: Unknown
These projects don’t currently have an age rating. This may because they have not finished pre-release development or have only been recently added to the SplameiPlay Ratings project list.
Tags
Gambling
- Low – 13 – Contains gambling not found in real life. This may contain real money
Language
- Low – 7 – Contains minor language usage. Some examples include ‘crap’ and ‘heck’
- Mid – 13 – Contains mild language usage such as ‘ass’, pissed’ and some minor swears such as ‘shit’
Online
- Mid – 7 – Contains features that access the internet or requires internet connection. This may be for accessing rotational info or online multiplier. Update checking features don’t qualify.
User Generated Content (UGC)
- Low – 7 – These projects contain content create and managed by the public that is moderated by moderators or/and the developer(s)
- High – 16 – These projects contain content created and managed by the public that are not moderated or only partially-moderated
