SplameiPlay is now one years old so we want to thank you all for your support and share the ideas we have for the app!
- New way to navigate SplameiPlay
- We intend to add a new way to navigate and use SplameiPlay to allow more people to use it and give more reason to use the app
- Custom projects being better to use
- Currently, to add a custom project to SplameiPlay, you need it’s installer file however, we would like to make it easier to add custom projects though it may not be added
- We also would like to allow custom projects to use their own images to look nicer with the native projects in SplameiPlay
- Better developer intergration
- We would like to allow developers of other applications to allow their app to integrate with SplameiPlay in many different ways. We’re still working on how we should implement this so bear with us!
- Better for new users
- We want to make it easier for new users of SplameiPlay to understand how to use app and easier to set up. This is something we hopefully will be adding in the next major update
- Even more control
- SplameiPlay already allows you to control a lot of how it works though we would like to allow you to control SplameiPlay even more so you can fine tune it to your liking and needs
- Easier to create files
- To make it easier to create files for SplameiPlay, we would like to create a special app to make it easy to create installer, theme and policy files for SplameiPlay. This has been planned for Bloom however, we never actually got round to it
- Better themes
- The themes in SplameiPlay look really nice however, we would like to make them more advanced to look even nicer such as finally adding a light theme
- Recomendations
- To make it easier to find new projects and based on the recent SplameiPlay Survey, we might add a recommendation system to recommend you games to play based on your interests though we don’t know how we should implement this
- Better system for us
- If possible, we may implement a system to make it easier for us to understand SplameiPlay’s usage and while still allow the app to work the same way it has for you
